Yes, but please make sure to tailor each application to the specific position and customize it accordingly.
Do you have a dress code?
No! Come as you are! You don’t have to worry about a dress code, either during the interview or while working in the office.
Are there opportunities for career changers?
Absolutely—we actually encourage it. We’re looking for people with the right skills and the mindset to want to grow in new areas.
What continuing education opportunities are available?
Quite a few: specialized training programs, internal workshops, and support for external courses. Our goal is to continuously develop our employees.

Are there part-time positions?
Yes, we also offer part-time positions. Even if a position isn’t listed as part-time, you can always let us know your preferences. Or you can send us a speculative application—clearly indicating that you are interested in a part-time position.
Do I need to submit a cover letter?
No, that is not necessary. We want to get to know you personally and prefer to have a conversation with you.
Do you offer “all-in contracts”?
Only in very rare cases. In general, we want to ensure that our employees do not overwork themselves. We pay very close attention to the balance between work and personal time. You keep detailed records of your hours. If you work overtime, you can compensate for it with time off.
How much can I earn at COPA-DATA?
COPA-DATA Headquarters is covered by the Austrian IT collective bargaining agreement, which you can view here. Actual compensation depends on the specific position and your qualifications. You will receive detailed information during the application process.
What are the working hours?
We have a flex-time model. Core working hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
How many days can I work from home?
After the onboarding period, you can work from home for 2 days.
Can I apply to COPA-DATA as a non-EU citizen?
